Health Exchange Website
Overview
The Health Exchange is a series of programs offered by Health Alliance to it members that offer provides the tools and support for managing common diseases or conditions. Someone with diabetes, for example, could go online and receive tips for a healthy (yet tasty) diet, while members who suffer from asthma may receive seasonal tips to help better manage their condition. Links to additional resources are maintained to provide a support system of reliable and relevant information.
This project included a visual design makeover and a CSS/XHTML website.
